Jaclyn A. Bryk concentrates her practice on matters related to insurance law and commercial/general litigation. Ms. Bryk's experience in insurance law includes offering coverage opinions, representing both insurance companies and insureds in declaratory judgment and bad faith actions, and providing general counsel to insurance companies and insureds. Ms. Bryk's experience in commercial/general litigation includes representation of businesses in all aspects of general litigation.

Ms. Bryk regularly represents clients in state and federal courts. She has also briefed cases to the West Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
