Professional Statement:
Kurt Entsminger focuses his practice on the defense of deliberate intent cases representing corporate employers. Mr. Entsminger is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of personal injury, commercial, and other lawsuits. Mr. Entsminger formerly served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia where he held the position of Chief of the Civil Division. Mr. Entsminger also devoted 10 years serving as in-house counsel and the chief executive for two national non-profit organizations located in Washington D.C.
With his strong commitment to excellence and zealous representation, Mr. Entsminger has produced successful outcomes for clients in many trials as well as appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
