Timothy Mayo and
Briana Marino successfully represented several attorneys in a legal malpractice case obtaining a dismissal of all claims in state court. The clients had been charged with a host of state law and federal Constitutional violations arising from an unsuccessful defense of a criminal defendant charged with murder. After oral argument on dispositive motions, the Court dismissed both civil actions with prejudice.
