and Ryan Brown succeeded in
obtaining summary judgment in a deliberate intent action by an employee
against her employer and supervisor for alleged injuries that occurred
at work. The Court granted the employer’s and supervisor’s motion
for summary judgment because the plaintiff could not successfully
prove all five elements of her deliberate intent cause of action.
