Robinson and Ryan Brown
recently secured a dismissal in an action wherein the plaintiff
alleged that the defendant hospital breached the standard of care
by failing to prevent the plaintiff from falling while the plaintiff
was a patient in the hospital. After substantial discovery was
exchanged between the parties, the defendant established that
it had an adequate prevention plan implemented and the plaintiff
agreed to voluntarily dismiss the lawsuit without settlement.
