Timothy
L. Mayo obtained a voluntary dismissal of a wrongful death
case. His client was alleged to have negligently supervised the
construction of bridge piers from which a worker suffered a fatal
fall. The plaintiff’s estate dismissed the suit after acknowledging
that there was no legal duty.
