Timothy
L. Mayo recently obtained a voluntary dismissal of a products
liability case after over a year of litigation. His client was
alleged to have negligently installed a defective boiler which
caused the ejection of hot steam. The plaintiff fell 15 feet and
fractured several bones as well as moderate brain and neurological
dysfunction.
