Mark Robinson and Amy Rothman obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case where the plaintiffs alleged that the defendant radiologist negligently read a CT scan of the plaintiff's abdomen. The trial was before the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. After a six day trial, the six-person jury rendered a unanimous verdict for the defendant, finding that the standard of care was met.
