The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit recently
affirmed summary judgment for
Peter DeMasters
and
Stacie Honaker
in a
civil rights violation/defamation case. Their client was accused of
violating the civil rights of plaintiff and interfering with his
employment with the Federal Government. They were originally granted
summary judgment in the United States District Court for the Northern
District of West Virginia.
