Eric L. Silkwood favorably defended a realtor against claims that she had violated the Code of Ethics for Realtors. The Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee of the West Virginia Association of Realtors found the realtor's actions were proper and accordingly took no action against the realtor.
